Brenda was born and raised right here in Lynchburg. She was the only child of the late Thomas and Colleeen Marston. She is married to D. Ray Freeman and they are the parents of two children, Thomas and Tara, and the proud grandparents of Whitney, Chandler and Braxton. Brenda is an active member of Hyland Heights Baptist Church, where she sings in the choir and serves on the Finance Committee.

One of Central Virginia's top agents, she has been in the real estate field since 1969. She has been
a licensed agent since 1981 and a Licensed Broker since January, 2001.
Brenda holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, one of the most successful
residential real estate educational programs in the country. Every CRS is a real estate professional
equipped with special expertise, thanks to advanced study in listing, selling, investment, taxes and
more. Less than 2% of all Realtors have earned the CRS designation!
Brenda also holds the Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, having completed an
intensive series of courses in real estate education, as well as the designation of Accredited
